She is the founder, CEO and Lead Instructor of Caring Hands Agency Inc. with over 25 years experience as a Health Care Professional and Lead Nursing Instructor.
During her High School, she served as a CNA. Upon graduating from high school in 1991, Melodee acquired a Practical Nurse Diploma and became an LPN.
In 1995, she acquired her ASN and BSN in 1996 from the prestigious Norfolk State University.
After her graduation from college, she returned to New York City where she served in a nursing capacity at several prominent health care facilities throughout the Metropolitan Area.
In 2004 she received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Lehman College. Since 2004 Melodee has served as an Instructional Teacher and Coordinator of Nursing Department at the Mid-Manhattan Adult Learning Center. In 2012 she became a NYS Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Her dream remains to help others by providing educational opportunities where they may not be available. These opportunities are similar to the ones that were made available to her and have paved the way for her success throughout her career.
